Secretary – Ferniany, Ms. Kathy – Kathy Ferniany is a resident of Fairhope, and has worked for the University of South Alabama since 2008.  Ferniany is the campus secretary, and works closely with staff, faculty, and students.  Because of the employee education benefits from USA and her family’s support, she was able to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences in 2011. She is married and has two daughters.

Criminal Justice Instructor/Program Coordinator – Ms. Jennifer Johnson

Business Office Supervisor – Martin, Ms. Kim – Kim  Martin is the Business Office Supervisor for USA Baldwin County.  She has worked at Baldwin County for six years, and says she enjoys the location of the campus especially since it is not far from the pier.  She has been married for 26 years and has a son.  She loves to read, relax on the beach, and spend time with family and friends.

PC Applications Specialist – Pugh, Gary – Gary has been with USA since 2009 serving the USA medical systems.  He moved to the university main library systems department and now serves  the USA Baldwin County information systems. Gary is a US Army veteran and Spring Hill college graduate.  His lovely wife Martina who is a USA graduate.

Security – McDonald, Mr. Ralph – Ralph McDonald is the Security Officer for USA Baldwin County.  He is married, and has two daughters, and two sons.  His hobbies include golf and reading.  McDonald served in the U.S. Army for 25 years.

Librarian, Head of Information Services – Rand, Ms. Angela – Angela Rand is the Librarian/Head of Information Technology for the University of South Alabama Baldwin County Campus in Fairhope.  She is currently pursuing a PhD in Instructional Design Technology. For ten years she has dabbled in the art and craft of bookbinding.  She is retired from the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft electrician, where for six years she worked on Air Force One. She has been married for 25 years to a very understanding husband who traveled with her all over the world during her Air Force career. They have three children and three cats. She is currently researching trans literacy practices and social networking trends. Books, computers and the internet are her passions.

Coordinator of Marketing/ Advising – Jones, Ms. Cathi -As the Marketing Coordinator for USA Baldwin County, Cathi Curits promotes and markets the campus utilizing traditional, internet, and social media, as well as representing the campus at area events.  As the Academic advisor,  she meets with students for unofficial advising and provides transfer advising at Faulkner State Community College in Bay Minette for the University of South Alabama.  She has two sons and  enjoys, reading, running and the beach.
